My name is Sabrina and I will write a few words here to introduce myself.

I was born in Italy and I moved to Costa Rica in 2009, looking for a deeper connection with nature and with myself.
I started to live as an athlete at 4 years old, with activities like acrobatic, gymnastics, circus… since then, I never stopped the sport and the formation as a professional.

The discipline that I developed brought me to easily discover my desire to work with the body; growing up I connected with the love for my my Gift (magic hands and vibe they say!) and the belief that we are energy, and that it is necessary and at the same time fantastic to connect Soul and Body to heal, and to live a peaceful and happy life, in harmony with yourself and with others.

I had tons of studies, coaches, trainers, gurus, doctors, mentors and people inspiring me all over the world and I am thankful beyond limit to be able to share and serve others to find themselves, from a simple massage to any kind of experience that I can offer.
